This place is definitely a hidden gem! It's located on a canal where there are some dormant long boats covered up for the winter. The atmosphere is amazing with a terrace that has garden furniture where I spent most of my time overlooking the canal and scenery. The service was great with a welcome drink, ironing facilities, tea and coffee in the rooms. Additionally, the restaurant had a variety of foods with special diet menus which were really helpful for me. The staff were fantastic and arranged for us to eat at the pub!

I recently stayed at a charming inn located fairly near the airport. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were cozy and clean, with a great shower. The restaurant offered a wide range of delicious options, and the portion sizes were generous. The inn is situated beside the Union Canal, providing a lovely setting for walks. it was a delightful experience!
Some minor road noise heard during the night, possibly due to the room's proximity to the street.
